In the Martimucci ‘s up-to-date pasta factory, originally thought and realized with the most advanced techniques of planning and administration, the wheat semolina is kneaded and then transformed.
The bronze draw-plates, with the delicate moulding of the dough, exalt the aspect, the colour and the taste in the end product. This product is subjected to a soft pasteurization and then it is a immediately cooled and packed in controlled environments.
